No restructuring, no start-ups
In accordance with our business model, we only intervene in the operating business of our investments if there is potential and with the agreement of the owners. We therefore rule out involvement in the areas of restructuring and start-ups. Minority shareholdings are also not a good fit for us. Furthermore, we are not planning any acquisitions in connection with the extraction of fossil fuels.
